Are you a current Ohio State undergraduate student attending one of our regional campuses? Do you want to transition to Ohio State Columbus campus through the College of Engineering?
Great! Here are the criteria you will need to meet to transition to Columbus campus and enroll in the College of Engineering pre-major program:
- have a 2.5 or better cumulative OSU GPA
- have earned 30 hours or more of college credit after high school (terms of enrollment through post-secondary enrollment programs such as Academy, College Credit Plus, and AP/IB credit do not count toward these hours)
- have completed Calculus II (Math 1172 or 1152); or direct equivalent transfer or EM credit for Math 1152 or higher
- have credit for one of following: Chemistry 1210, Chemistry 1250, or Physics 1250
If you plan to transition to Columbus campus, contact an academic advisor on you regional campus. Your regional campus advisor can review the campus change process, fill out a campus change request, and help you plan for a smooth adjustment to Columbus.
